The outer fabric is made from 12 oz, 100% cotton denim. The denim provides a soft feel with breathable, durable and wind-resistant construction — classic on the outside, technical underneath.

KEVLAR® REINFORCEMENT

Reinforced Where It Matters

Additional Kevlar® lining reinforces the seat area for increased abrasion resistance. The internal protector pockets are also made from Kevlar® mesh and accommodate the removable protective armour.

CE CERTIFICATION

CE Certified, Level 1 Protectors

The jeans are CE certified and come with removable CE Level 1 knee and hip protectors. These protectors use shock-absorbing material and can be removed for washing and maintenance.

Care Instructions

Washing Instructions

Always follow the care label sewn into the jeans. Remove all knee and hip protectors before washing, empty the pockets, fasten the zip and buttons, and turn the jeans inside out. Where permitted, machine wash separately on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C using a mild detergent suitable for technical motorcycle clothing. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or harsh stain removers. Avoid prolonged soaking, vigorous scrubbing and wringing. Dark denim may release colour during its first few washes — wash only as needed.

Drying & Garment Care

Reshape the jeans gently while damp and allow them to air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight, radiators and other heat sources. Do not tumble dry. Only iron or dry clean if expressly permitted by the care label. Clean the removable protectors according to their manufacturer’s instructions, and once everything is completely dry, refit the protectors securely in their designated pockets.

Storage

Store the jeans clean and completely dry in a cool, ventilated place, away from prolonged sunlight and excessive heat.

What size should I order?

Our Kevlar jeans are available in waist sizes 30 to 40. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up slightly to allow for the CE armour.

Can I remove the armour?

Yes. The CE Level 1 knee and hip protectors are fully removable for a comfortable everyday fit and for washing.

Are these machine washable?

Yes, with the protectors removed. See our full care instructions above for wash and dry guidance.
